If you haven't caught episodes of this fantastic documentary series, do a quick search of your local listings (http://www.tvguide.com/Listings/default.aspx) and try to catch up with as many as you can. Created by a single mom who wanted to help her 13-year-old daughter navigate the rocky waters of high school life, the eight-episode show follows 12 real-life girls at a Kansas high school as they go from freshman year through graduation. The dramatic stories including tales of drug abuse, drinking, sex, teen pregnancy, mental health issues, divorce, remarriage, blended families, peer pressure and even one teen who suffered a brain tumor are compelling and, most of all, relatable, and you'll be hooked the minute you tune in. The family-friendly show makes for great viewing with your parents, especially if there's something you've been trying to talk to them about, or with a group of your buds. Reality TV doesn't get any better than this!
