With all these sweet and salty snacks, you're gonna need something to wash them all down, and this sweet, frosty concoction tastes great AND happens to be pretty darn healthy, too. And, like all our snack suggestions this week, it's also easy to make: You cut up some fresh strawberries (yum!), a fresh banana, put them in a blender with some vanilla froyo (frozen yogurt, of course) and some Crystal Light (flavor is your choice, but we highly recommend anything orange-y) and you've got yourself a beverage that's so sweet and refreshing that it's good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack all on its own! PS - Try adding some ice to the blender mix for an even more refreshing drink!
