If you saw the original Cutting Edge flick, you know that it was all about a champion female ice skater who, in desperate need of a new skating partner, turned to a former ice hockey player to help her continue her partners skating winning ways. This time around, it's male skating champ Zack Conroy (Heroes hottie Matt Lanter) who's looking for a pairs skating partner, and female hockey player Alejandra "Alex" Delgado (Francia Raisa) is the one who fits the bill. Of course, while they're training, they butt heads … and then realize they have something pretty major in common – the romantic feelings they're beginning to have for each other! Sports, romance, cute guy, adorable girl – and a co-starring role for Kim Possible and Even Stevens cool chick Christy Carlson Romano … another great date movie/girls night in flick!
