Kyle Massey and his mom, Angel, love to whip up this healthy Grilled Chicken recipe for dinner.
You'll Need:
4 chicken breasts, skin and fat removed
3 cups low-fat Italian salad dressing
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
How To:
Combine dressing, garlic, Accent, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Place chicken breasts in an oven bag or glass dish. Make sure the chicken is completely covered with the marinade, cover the dish, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill. Place the chicken on grill and cook roughly 5 minutes, or until brown. Turn chicken over and cook roughly for 5 more minutes, or until brown. Continue until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Place chicken on a clean serving dish and serve warm.
