First Morning
8 a.m. Stretch 'n' shine
30 minutes of soothing, strengthening, and stretching.
8:30 a.m. Breakfast banana split
In a bowl: one banana, vanilla yogurt, granola, fresh berries, and raisins. Mmmmm....
9:15 a.m. Suds up & energize
Wash up with an energizing body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. While conditioner penetrates, shave legs with a fresh razor and a moisturizing shaving cream. Rinse.
9:45 a.m. Prep time
It's a day of rest, so just apply an oil-free face moisturizer. Mist your towel-dried mane with leave-in conditioner and let it air-dry. Get dressed in something comfy.
11 a.m. Power walk to video store
Start slow, then get goin'. Pick up style-inspiring flicks (think Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, Marlene Dietrich), and grab some popcorn.
12 p.m. Feng shui-style lunch
Make a meal packed with foods of different colors, textures, and temps (chicken with red and green peppers is a great combo). Go light on the carbs!
1 p.m. Inner-beauty makeover
Take some time out to reflect and organize. Write down your personal goals for the semester while making a mixed tape for your next power walk.
3 p.m. Spa time!
Apply a deep conditioner to damp tresses and cover with a shower cap.
3:20 p.m. Shine & shimmer
Lube up with a hydrating body oil and look skin-tillating.
3:30 p.m. Pedicure
Treat your tootsies to some TLC!
