Winter Wonderland: Or Is It?

When TEEN's fashion editors were planning the "Ice Capades" story for the winter issue, they had a problem. Since magazines usually work three to four months ahead of time, it was the height of summer here in sunny Santa Monica. So, short of winging it on up to Alaska, how could we pull off a cool winter spread?

Easy.

Thanks to our very talented photo team, who used their considerable skill in employing the latest hi-tech Photoshop fixes, we were able to bring a little snow and ice to SoCal.
