<i>Laguna Beach</i>'s Jason Arrested for Drinking
Jason Wahler of MTV's <i>Laguna Beach</i> notoriety was arrested in Greenville, NC, over the weekend.

Jason, who's 20, initially resisted his arrest by lying about his age several times when he was busted by an undercover state Alcohol Law Enforcement agent at Rumors nightclub in Greenville late Friday night. He was charged with underage drinking and resisting arrest, and booked at Pitt County Jail in the wee hours of Saturday morning. He was released on $1,000 bond several hours later.

Jason's expected to make a court appearance on April 18.
