Usually when we talk to Miley, we ask fluffier questions. But this time 'round, we got a bit more serious. Here's how she fielded some deeper Qs
TEEN: Whats your definition of a true friend?
MILEY: A true friend is someone who is always there during the ups and downs, I actually have a song called True Friend. You know, I have had a lot of
positive things happen in my life, but I also have had some negative things that are not so fun to deal with and not only do I have to hear it my friends, but also everyone else as well, so it is nice to have my friends there to help me get through everything.
TEEN: What kind of qualities does a guy have to have to ask you out on a date?
MILEY: He better turn that charm on really quick. Im from the south, so its like southern hospitality. My family is kind of funny because we are so set
in our old traditions like when we walk in the house, shoes off! Its like you walk in and your clean. Im like Mom, no one does that. its just something we do and we are not changing for anybody. You know? Even with us,
its like Yes, sir. No, sir. We have fun, but when its time to be serious we bring out the respect, not only for our fans, but even to our brothers and sisters. Its just common courtesy. I think that turning on the charm without being fake is really important. They have to be a gentleman. My dad is like that boy is really nice. He has to be a nice guy.
TEEN: Do you think you are a good sister?
MILEY: I dont know if my sister would say that right now. We actually got into an argument last night because she wanted to sleep with the TV on and I
wanted to sleep with it off. We are been sharing a room for a while. She has one of those night lights and I didnt want that on, so we got into a little argument. Did she something right now about that? (miley laughing). I think I am a pretty good sister. When I go on tours and things I bribe the kids.
Sometimes my brother will tell me oh you are so immature and I tell him well, I am younger than you. But, then I have the younger siblings and I
tell them that they are acting immature. They tell me well, we are younger than you and I tell them oh, come on! Dont use that as an excuse for the rest of your life. My mom is always saying okay, rest on it and then get up and talk especially when I get tired or hungry.
TEEN: So, after you graduate what are your plans for the future?
MILEY: I dont know exactly what Im trying to do for now. Im actually graduating early. I got a lot of work done already. Being home schooled, I have had a lot of tutors help me. I will be done next year with high school
and Im really excited about that. Also, what is really cool about the school that I go to is that it has prep classes for college. So, when I get a chance I will have that availability because I have studied for it.
