The HSM cast will soon reunite to begin principal photography on the big screen sequel!
In case you couldn't get tix... If you didn't get a chance to see <em>HSM</em> on tour, here's your chance. Disney announced that it's going to air on TV! <br><br>This is what the official release from Disney says:<br><br>"The popular music, exhilarating choreography, and impressive production design of the sold-out arena concert tour that sprang from the Disney Channel Original Movie <em>High School Musical</em> -- plus an exclusive look behind the scenes, backstage, and on the tour buses with the young actors made famous by the movie: Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, plus special guest, Emmy Award-nominated songwriter, singer, and dancer Drew Seeley -- will be presented in a one-hour special, <em>High School Musical: The Concert,</em> airing Friday, May 4 (9 p.m. ET/PT), on Disney Channel.<br><br>The special reprises songs performed at the concert from the movie's soundtrack, with new choreography: "The Start of Something New," "Stick to the Status Quo," "When There Was Me and You," "Get'cha Head in the Game," "What I've Been Looking For"; Ashley Tisdale and Lucas Grabeel performing "Bop to the Top"; Vanessa Hudgens and Drew Seeley performing "Breaking Free"; and the cast finale of "We're All in This Together." <br><br>So, be sure to set your DVRs, VCRs, etc., and tune in!
