R.I.P., Seth Cohen, and welcome to the big-time, Mr. Brody!
Since the end of <em>The O.C.</em>'s four-year-run last week, many of its fans have found themselves wondering what would become of their favorite actors from the show. Don't worry about Adam Brody -- the guy is well on his way to big-screen stardom. With <em>Mr. & Mrs. Smith</em> already to his credit, AB is currently working on <i>three</i> projects and has one that's set for release next month.
<p>
The comedy, <em>The Land of Women,</em> features our guy as aspiring writer Carter Webb. Carter has just been dumped by his true love, Sophia. Heartbroken and depressed, he escapes Los Angeles for suburban Michigan to care for his ailing grandmother and to start work on the book he has always wanted to write. Soon after his arrival, Carter stumbles into the lives of the family across the street: Sarah Hardwicke, the mother of Paige, a precocious, effervescent 11-year-old, and her older sister, Lucy, an angst-ridden teenager. While Sarah faces her own personal crisis, Lucy wrestles with her own fears. Through his relationships with all of these women, Carter discovers that what felt like the end was really just the beginning of something else.

The cast of this movie, including Meg Ryan as Sarah and Kristen Stewart as Lucy, is super. And we think this film is going to be fab.
