Hilary Duff hits Fashion Week (And nearly bumps in to Joel and Nicole!)
A newly brunette Hilary Duff was out and about at last week's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC's Bryant Park and SO were her ex, Joel Madden, and his new squeeze, Nicole Richie! The former Lizzie McGuire narrowly escaped bumping in to the pair. Now, that would've been as uncomfortable as some of the new Fall 2007 fashions being shown on the runways looked!
Howard asks Beth to marry him...

The Sirius shock-jock shocked fans BIG TIME Wednesday when he announced that he'd asked his long time galpal, Beth Ostrosky, to be his betrothed. Wow. Howard (51) and Beth (34), who’s a model/actress type, have been together since 2001and currently share custody of his three daughters from his first marriage.
