After a coupl'a months of laying low and 12-stepping it in Utah, La Lohan was sprung from rehab over the weekend and, following a photo shoot and interview for OK! magazine, will return to Los Angeles — where, much to critic Frankie Muniz's chagrin, she'll begin principal photography on a new film, Dare to Love Me, on the 15th.

Things continue to get more and more tough for the erstwhile pop tart. Despite the fact that her single "Gimme More" is blazing up the charts, now she has more problems on the home front — namely, that her neighbors are sick and tired of the paparazzi and never-ending media attention, and they just want some peace.

In fact, after stopping by Starbucks this weekend for a java jolt, one angry neighbor became so irate that she was shouting, "Move out, Britney, we don't want you here!" when a fed-up Jamie Lynn got back in the lady's face and yelled, "Then @(#&* move!"

Nice to see that at least her family has her back.
