Miley, her dad, and stars like Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and, OF COURSE, the Jonas Bros., were out in force at the January 17 Hollywood premiere of Miley's new 3-D Best of Both Worlds Concert movie.

Miley, who was wearing a very beautiful (and very grown-up) Alberta Ferretti dress, was also sporting some newly darkened locks.
