The sometime pop star (and brother of Backstreet Boy Nick) was tooling around Junction, Texas, alone in his Cadillac Escalade on Thursday when, after having been cited for excessive speed, marijuana was found in the car.

The 20-year-old was being held in jail for an appearance before the judge on Friday morning.

The babies were born on Long Island, NY. The girl was born at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and the boy followed at 12:23 a.m.!
