Even though she'd been instructed to "lay low" following the "topless tumult" last week, Disney had Miley Cyrus appear at the DCG concert on Saturday night in Florida. After her set, Miley told her legions of fans (who had gotten SOAKED during a heavy downpour): "I hope you had an awesome time, I saw a sign back there that said, 'Miley, I'm praying for you.' I could not be more appreciative. Thank you guys for all your support. Without you, none of this would be possible. I love every one of you and I could not be more appreciative. God bless you."

The concert, which also featured performances by the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato and Jordan Pruitt, will air on DC in July....

A leaner, more sane-seeming Britney left the paparazzi behind in Los Angeles and headed home to Kentwood, LA, for the weekend to help fete her baby sister, Jamie Lynn, at her baby shower.

Brit, who hadn't been home since April 2007 (for a funeral), has, in recent weeks, been hitting the gym and doing all she can to stage a REAL comeback (and get her kids back.

Perhaps borrowing a page from Britney's how-to-get-back-in-the-public's-good-graces handbook, which was written in stone after her much ballyhooed appearance on How I Met Your Mother, Lindsay Lohan has announced that she will guest star on the season finale of Ugly Betty and the first three eps of next season.

Who'll she play? A friend of Betty's from high school in flashback sequences. Uh-oh. Mean Girls, anyone?
