Milo has a penchant for dating his costars. First Alexis Bledel, now ... PEOPLE magazine has [semi] confirmed what we've long suspected was true: TEEN cover girl Hayden Panettiere and her Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia are, in fact, an item.

"Hayden's mom adores Milo. She thinks he's so cute," a family friend told PEOPLE. "She tells her friends that he's her boyfriend. She's very proud. He's even met her grandparents."

Unfortunately, reps for the actress remain mum on the sitch, saying that they "do not respond to inquiries from the media regarding Ms. Panettiere's personal life."
