An eye-patch-wearing Kevin Federline left a Los Angeles courtroom the victor again today. The superior court judge ruled that K-Fed would retain custody of his two sons and provided that Britney would be allowed supervised visits only. (Despite the fact that she DID get a valid driver's license early Tuesday morning.)

Britney, as usual, was a no-show in court and the judge said she MUST be present at the follow-up hearing on October 26 or she'll automatically forfeit her custodial rights.
