Britney's post-shaved-head look.

Late Thursday night, the intoxicated mother of two was taken away in an ambulance after a three-hour standoff with Los Angeles police.

Evidently Britney, who appeared high on an unnamed substance, locked herself in a room with her younger son Jayden James instead of handing him over to be taken to Kevin Federline's house.

The court-appointed child monitor was the one who called the police, who arrived at the house and finally managed to extricate mother and child from the room. Then, Britney was strapped down to a gurney and rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she's being held for mental evaluation.
