1. Before you put on mascara, curl your lashes. Try Tweezerman Super Curl Eyelash Curler. Place the curler close to the base of your lashes, squeeze, and hold for 15 seconds. If your lashes are really long, do an extra squeeze at the ends of your lashes.

3. Lift your eyelid slightly using your ring finger, so you can get really close to your lash base. With the brush tip pointing toward your ear, work from the outer corner of your lashes inward, swishing the brush back and forth, then up.

4. At the center of your lashes, switch the brush so its tip points toward your nose, and work from the inner lashes outward. Leave your lower lashes mascara-free or turn your brush so the tip points upward, then sweep this across your lower lashes.
